This very cutting edge and sophisticated blog is from the blog found at www.wakeup-world.com.  I was finishing preparing a class that I was going to give at a holistic fair a few days ago.  I wanted to share with other people who may be interested in the New Age World, what my process was like and the process my Spirit Guides use to work with me.  I had put together some concepts but it was disjointed.  I was looking for a summary statement.  As it works for me, information comes from many different directions and then if it is something that I should work with, my guides will spin it, create a new way to work with it and new direction to take it in.  That is what happened when I learned the very sophisticated and very left brained modality of Energy Medicine known as Body Talk.  I am so very right brained that I could not use it the way it is intended and so one morning in a dream I woke up in the midst of conversation with my Spirit Guides.  I said out loud and with real force straight from sleep……“Do you mean to tell me that I could put Body Talk into an elixir?”  The answer was “Yes” and this is how it is that my elixirs came to have such potency.

Knowing that is how it works for me I was not at all surprised to find this blog on my FaceBook.  It was just what I was looking for.  It is so far past my current knowledge and is a cross over where the left and right brained worlds meet.  It is what I shared in class and closed the class with.  Its import is huge.  Please read and enjoy with the understanding that this is where the New Age World becomes mainstream.

Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies

THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. [For the sake of brevity I will give only a summary here. For further exploration please refer to the appendix at the end of this article.] The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.

One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used.

This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.

Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. ?So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency.

But the higher developed an individual’s consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop to laugh at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn’t end there.?The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in the vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars).? These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper communication is most effective in a state of relaxation. Stress, worries or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless.

In nature, hyper communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man hyper communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata.

For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at night. The majority of facts were outside his personal knowledge base and reached technical details about which he knew absolutely nothing.

When hyper communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA as well as in the human being special phenomena. The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser light. On screen a typical wave pattern was formed. When they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it remained. Many control experiments showed that the pattern still came from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side effect encountered most often in hyper communication also in human beings are inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons concerned. Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again. Many healers and psychics know this effect from their work. The better the atmosphere and the energy, the more frustrating it is that the recording device stops functioning and recording exactly at that moment. And repeated switching on and off after the session does not restore function yet, but next morning all is back to normal. Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has nothing to do with them being technically inept, it means they are good at hyper communication.

In their book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (Networked Intelligence), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc.. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.

Hyper communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind. Fifty percent of today’s children will be problem children as soon as the go to school. The system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of today’s children is so strong that that they refuse this adjustment and giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.

At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born [see the book “China’s Indigo Children” by Paul Dong or the chapter about Indigos in my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder”(Make Use of the Daily Wonders)]. Something in those children is striving more and more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it will no longer be suppressed. As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by a group consciousness (nothing new to some tribes doing it in their rain dances). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies, the so-called Schumann frequencies. But those same frequencies are also produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like fashion, then it is scientifically speaking not at all surprising if they can thus influence weather.

Researchers in group consciousness have formulated the theory of Type I civilizations. A humanity that developed a group consciousness of the new kind would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy. For if it were to use its mental power as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural consequence. And that includes all natural catastrophes!!! A theoretical Type II civilization would even be able to control all energies of their home galaxy. In my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder,” I have described an example of this: Whenever a great many people focus their attention or consciousness on something similar like Christmas time, football world championship or the funeral of Lady Diana in England then certain random number generators in computers start to deliver ordered numbers instead of the random ones. An ordered group consciousness creates order in its whole surroundings!

When a great number of people get together very closely, potentials of violence also dissolve. It looks as if here, too, a kind of humanitarian consciousness of all humanity is created.(The Global Consciousness Project)

To come back to the DNA: It apparently is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature. Artificial superconductors require extremely low temperatures of between 200 and 140°C to function. As one recently learned, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This is a further explanation of how the DNA can store information. There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes. Normally, these supersmall wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example gravity can transform into electricity.

Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in Russia where such radiant balls appear very often. Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentions above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be. I thought once: “Hello up there. If you happen to be a UFO, fly in a triangle.” And suddenly, the light balls moved in a triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks. They accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding gently across the sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just to please me. Now the Russians found in the regions, where vacuum domains appear often that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground upwards into the sky, that these balls can be guided by thought. One has found out since that vacuum domains emit waves of low frequency as they are also produced in our brains.

And because of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies and are able to mutate our genes. They can, they don’t necessarily have to, one has to say. For many spiritual teachers also produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or during energy work which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner order and on the quality and provenance of the vacuum domain. There are some spiritual teachers (the young Englishman Ananda, for example) with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper communication, one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair. In some Earth healing projects such light effects also appear on photographs. Simply put, these phenomena have to do with gravity and anti-gravity forces that are also exactly described in the book and with ever more stable wormholes and hyper communication and thus with energies from outside our time and space structure.

Earlier generations that got in contact with such hyper communication experiences and visible vacuum domains were convinced that an angel had appeared before them. And we cannot be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using hyper communication. Not having scientific proof for their actual existence (people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from hallucinations) does not mean that there is no metaphysical background to it. We have simply made another giant step towards understanding our reality.

Official science also knows of gravity anomalies on Earth (that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains), but only of ones of below one percent. But recently gravity anomalies have been found of between three and four percent. One of these places is Rocca di Papa, south of Rome (exact location in the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” plus several others). Round objects of all kinds, from balls to full buses, roll uphill. But the stretch in Rocca di Papa is rather short, and defying logic sceptics still flee to the theory of optical illusion (which it cannot be due to several features of the location).

Every once in a while I will run across really important information.  Today is one of those days.  I belong to the group of people who are interested in living a long and really healthy life.  It seems the older I get, the trickier it becomes.  Take water for example.  There was a time, before I knew what I know now, that I used to mark the cold winter days by taking a nice long, hot bath.  I would fall asleep in the tub so I had plenty of opportunity to soak up whatever was in the water, besides water.  I remember getting out of the tub feeling worse than I got in, much worse.  I got so cold in the winter.  At some point I came to realize that chlorine suppressed thyroid function.  I put that bit of information together with my long hot baths which made me very interested in buying a shower filter.

After coming up with a good filter on EBay and feeling much better I decided to pass this knowledge on to others.  My niece suffered from really debilitating allergies.  When I was over to visit I could hear her sneezing her head off in the shower.  I reasoned that it must be the chlorine she
was being subjected to in her unfiltered water so I decided to try to help her out because if she was that allergic to the fumes coming off of the water what was happening to her when she drank it?  I did some research on line and came up with a filter that used Vit C.  It seemed like an interesting concept so I bought it for her and took it over to her house.  Once the filter was in place her violent shower sneezing abruptly stopped.

When my trusty shower filter needed replacing I decide to try a Vit C filter, it was cheaper by half so that sealed the deal.  Unfortunately it did not fit on the pipe coming out of the wall very well and sprayed backwards getting my bathroom floor wet in the process so I was not very pleased with it.  Also I was not really sold on whether it was doing the job for me in the chlorine end of things.  Replacement time sent me back to my favorite brand of filters which I just picked up on EBay.  It does a good job, or so I thought, so I was happy with my new purchase.  On the back of the installation instructions is a short paragraph that says “This system has not been evaluated for free available chlorine reduction performance in the presence of chloramines.  Free available chlorine reduction performance may be impacted by the presence of chloramines in the water supply.  Please contact your local water utility to determine if chloramines are used in treating your water”.  Well I did and they do treat with that chemical.  It is vile.  I found something on line telling what it does to health and it is horrifying and heart breaking.  We drink that stuff and it is damaging the entire population.

This morning I went back on line and found that the Vit C shower actually does work and it does remove both chlorine and chloramines.  So I guess my brand new and much anticipated and preferred filter will have to be replaced.  Well no, maybe not, because towards the end of the article I found on line is the most amazing piece of information.  It indicated that 1,000 mg of Vitamin C per bath will remove both the chlorine and chloramines.  I have decided to keep the filter I have now to take out the chlorine odor and break open a 1,000mg capsule of Vit C and put
that in the bath tub before I start the shower which is how I draw my tub.  Ah ha, once again the wily old fox manages an end run around the environmental landmines placed in her way.

Why Doesn’t Young Living Sell Birch Oil?

People ask me why Young Living does not sell Birch Oil when several other companies do. They are wondering if it would be good to purchase and use Birch Oil from a non-Young Living source, since Young Living does not carry it. Young Living used to carry a good Birch Oil until 7 or 8 years ago when their supplier, which was in Canada, went out of business. Since then YL has not found another reliable and adequate source of
pure natural Birch, which is why they don’t carry it. If Young Living cannot find a reliable source of therapeutic grade oil of a given species, rather than sell an inferior grade, they won’t carry that species at all. Such is the integrity of Young Living.

Most of what is sold as “Birch Oil” in the world is actually pure synthetically produced methyl salicylate. Methyl salicylate smells like Birch and/or Wintergreen oil because both of these essential oils are composed of 88-99% natural methyl salicylate. But natural methyl salicylate is not the same as that produced in a chemical laboratory. Natural methyl salicylate as found in natural Birch or Wintergreen oil is not toxic while that synthesized in a laboratory is. While both the natural and synthetic versions of this compound have the same formula (C8H8O3) meaning an arrangement of 8 carbon atoms, 8 hydrogen atoms, and 3 oxygen atoms–a total of 19 atoms. These 19 atoms can be arranged in more than a dozen different structural arrangements.

Isomers of Methyl Salicylate
Consider the 19 atoms necessary to build a methyl salicylate molecule as Legos(R). How many forms can you create with the same set of Legos? Different arrangements (or molecular shapes) for the same chemical formula are called “isomers.” (For more, see “The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simple,” available at www.RaindropTraining.com.) When nature produces methyl salicylate in the Birch Tree or in a Wintergreen Bush, it only makes one of the isomers, which is the one that fits our cellular receptor sites and facilitates healing. But what is done in nature cannot be duplicated in a laboratory. Chemical laboratories cannot produce only one isomer. They can only produce a mixture of the various isomers. Most of the isomers of methyl salicylate are toxic and/or have no healing properties.

So when doctors say “synthetic and natural compounds both have the same formula,” they are only telling a partial truth. To be completely honest they need to add that the same formula can have a variety of isomers (or molecular shapes), some of which may be beneficial while most will be undesirable or harmful. Think of it this way: Your bodily cells have receptor sites on their surface of their membranes which act as locks to portals into the cells. These locks are there to make sure that only the molecules God intended will enter or communicate with the cell.

Molecules are keys that will fit the locks of certain receptor sites on certain cells. Only a slight difference between two keys makes a tremendous difference in what doors they will open. Hence, different isomers of the same compound, even though they may have the same atoms (same formula) their different shapes means they will affect different cells differently. One isomer may fit the receptors in your muscles, while another may fit the cells of an organ like the liver or thyroid, while yet another may fit only the thyroid cells and no others. In this way, different isomers usually have very different effects on our bodies even though the molecules are composed of the same set of atoms. Isomers in Prescription Drugs

In fact, you might be interested to know that the majority of prescription drug compounds are manufactured and exist as pairs of isomers, only one of which has the beneficial properties that drug is meant to provide. The other member of the pair is usually harmful and accounts for most of the “unwanted side effects.” Prescription drugs are like this because it is impossible to manufacture only one isomer and too expensive (or impossible) to separate the two isomers. The extra isomer is never mentioned on the label of the prescription bottle nor in the description of the drug elsewhere. This deception is legally allowed by the U.S. FDA.

Another thing about labeling a bottle of pure synthetic methyl salicylate as “Birch” or “Wintergreen” is that the natural oils contain other compounds besides. It is well known in aromatherapy that essential oil compounds in a mixture don’t behave like the same compounds isolated. Hence, a potentially harmful compound as one of several other compounds in an essential oil do not behave in harmful ways but, instead manifest healing properties.  Aromatherapists call this “quenching.” That is where the potentially harmful properties of a compound are quenched or suppressed when combined in a mixture with other compounds.

For example, Myrrh oil contains xylene, an extremely toxic compound by itself, but harmless and beneficial in the company of the other compounds of Myrrh.  Myrrh is one of the safest of all essential oils. Those who claim that Birch or Wintergreen oils are dangerous are referring to tests made on synthetic methyl salicylate isolated and tested alone, usually on animals. If the research was with pure natural oil applied to people, they would find no danger, only benefits. These are some of the fallacies of those who claim dangers for natural Birch or Wintergreen.

Since doctors are not familiar with real Birch Oil, which is harmless and non-toxic, they have published strong warnings about using Birch or Wintergreen oil. This includes a warning in the “Merck Manual” that using either of these oils can be lethal, even if only used in a humidifier or steam diffuser with children. (The “Merck Manual” is the most widely used reference in medicine for clinical practice.) Their strong cautions and
warnings regarding Birch (or Wintergreen) oils are actually about synthetic methyl salycilate, not real Birch or Wintergreen. If you are using Birch or Wintergreen from a company other than Young Living, the medical precautions against these oils are justified. But for the oils from Young Living, none of the warnings apply.

I have personally ingested capsules orally containing 20 drops of these oils (Young Living brand) with nothing but benefits and no untoward effects. They have an analgesic effect, like aspirin. Medical authorities in general do not recognize the difference between a synthetic oil and a natural therapeutic grade oil such as those from Young Living.

Can You Buy Real Birch Oil from Another Source?

If you buy another brand of Birch, you can be 99% sure that is it not the real thing, even though the label on the bottle may say that it is “natural and pure.” In the U.S. a bottle may say “natural” if the compounds it contains can also be found in nature, even though it may have been totally
produced in a chemical laboratory. The bottle can also say “pure” when there may be no more than 5% of the actual product. These misrepresentations seen on many labels are legal and allowed by the U.S. government.

When a reliable and adequate source of true Birch becomes available, Young Living will, no doubt, carry it again. There is a Birch Farm in Alaska that was established a few years ago which, at some future time, may become a supplier for Young Living. There may be other such farms as well, still in the maturing early-growth stage.  In order to carry Birch oil Young Living needs not only a source that is reliable in quality, but also reliable in quantity, capable of supplying the needs of 200,000 distributors. Even if good Birch Oil would become available from one or more small growers/distillers, it would still not be possible for YL to carry it and meet the needs of so many distributors.

Birch or Wintergreen are fundamental in the performance of Raindrop Technique.  When Birch oil was available from Young Living, most Raindrop Facilitators preferred Birch to Wintergreen.

Flavor Grade Birch Oil
Real Birch oil, distilled from the wood, bark, and twigs of the Birch tree (Betula alleghaniensis), is used for flavorings in root beer and pancake syrup, which is more profitable than distilling the tree for therapeutic grade essential oil. For use as a flavoring, the standards are not so high in the gathering, distilling, and producing of the oil. While a therapeutic grade Birch oil may contain 100 or more compounds, a flavor grade may contain less than 5 compounds. So long as the oil contains the compounds that contribute to the flavor it fulfills the taste test even though it may be missing most of the compounds that contribute to healing.
While trace amounts of synthetic Wintergreen or Birch used for flavoring in candies or other foods and products appear to be harmless, there is at least one reported death when synthetic versions of these oils are ingested, absorbed, or applied repeatedly over a period time. So there is your story on Birch. Personally, I will not be using Birch Oil until Young Living carries it. High quality Wintergreen oil, which young Living has, is equivalent to Birch in its therapeutic properties. Young Living has a good source for pure Wintergreen. Almost all the other companies out there are selling synthetic methyl salycilate as “Birch” or “Wintergreen.” Since the “Merck Manual,” the basic reference for medical practice, warns that these oils (i.e. synthetic methyl salycilate) can be lethal even when used in something as innocuous as a humidifier, I would caution you, or anyone, to avoid anything labeled as “Birch” or “Wintergreen” that is not from Young Living.

I first found this on Face Book.  One of my friends shares the posts.  Being an animal lover I always was moved bythe emotional depth of the writing.  These were animals that were badly abused but they blossomed at The Gentle Barn.  What, I wondered was going on, how was this done?  I also knew that the now emotionally and physically healed animals offered their love and healing services to abused and damaged kids.

One very hot Sunday in September, I decided to drive out to see for myself.  I was struck by the many cars and the eager and excited people getting out of them.  Something special was going on I was sure.  I had come to do research for a blog post that I wanted to write so my reporter’s antenna was up and receiving information and impressions.

Waiting for the opportunity of telling the founder and owner of the Gentle Barn that I had come to do a blog, I had the opportunity to photograph her and the excited couple that had arranged to install solar on the property.  The couple has first made the opportunity available to an agency who rescues seals but they said “What are we going to do with solar?” and then turned down the offer.  While I marveled at the short sightedness of this Ellie the founder, expressed her joy and gratitude of the gift she and The Gentle Barn had been given.

After speaking with Ellie and telling her of my mission I wandered off to make my contact with the horses.  They were selling carrots that you could offer to the horses and even thought I love horses and their charming angling for those carrots, I wandered off up the hill to the barn and all the creatures living there.  The gate keeper gave me the rules and warned me that the billy goat, the one with the short horn was having a bad day.  Okay fair enough, people have them too so it seemed reasonable that animals could have them also.

He warned me that the lamas were unapproachable because the jury was still out on how they felt about people.  One did allow me to take his picture.  There were so many people and small kids.  Everyone without exception was thoughtful and calm around the animals, almost all of whom had abuse history.

I love chickens having had very happy chicken memories from childhood so I gravitated towards them.  A sleepy massive pig had gotten out of the equally large mud puddle and all the volunteer staff became very alert and vigilant as it ponderously headed for the barn and some quiet time.  Once the door to a barn is closed it means off limits to people.  The pig, as big as a medium size refrigerator, got tucked in for a nap and I turned my attention to the rest of the birds and animals.  There was this turkey that carried on a constant conversation with a toddler.  The child said nothing in return but that did not mean that he was not mesmerized by the big beautiful bird.  A sheep had been looking me over and then it,
having made its decision, with no hesitation at all, came over for a pat.

I fell into the state of animal lover, having forgotten how much I like it, and so I drifted happily over to see the emu, a very large bird named Yoda.  It was standing perfectly still while a staff member slowly and respectfully stroked its long neck.  The bird was in a state of peaceful bliss and ever so slowly he started to lift up his eyelid, covering his massive golden orange eyes.

I thought about it as I drove home.  I have known emus before, there were three in an enclosure but what was the difference? Those three were pretty much left to their own devices all of the time.  On rare occasions someone would come to say hi to them but it was not enough contact.  They went kind of nutty in their isolation.  This emu shared a barn yard with plenty of company and at least 40 human visitors, all of which were
quieted and in awe by the animal’s histories. There was an alchemical mixing of animal emotions and feelings and people emotions and feelings.  There was love, an abundance of it and the emu showed the results.

I was drawn back to the turkey who had been creating quite a commotion.  It was agitated and pecking and fussing at the young woman who was squatting down to relate to it.  Marsha, the turkey, was like a dog and in her fondness of her person she had gotten behind her and too close and as the young woman stepped back ward she had inadvertently stepped on Marsha’s toe.  The bird was distressed and clearly communicated her upset.  The young woman was scratching the birds belly trying to get the bird to forgive her.  As she was petted by the young woman the
turkey would preen herself.  Ah bliss but as the young woman tried to ease away because she had other duties the turkey would have none of it.  So the petting and the preening continued until the turkey finally forgave her person for making the mistake of stepping on her.  I had forgotten how deeply animals feel.

My last stop was the cow barn.  In the barn I found an absolutely beautiful cow by the name of Buttercup that had an entire group of people completely entranced.  This cow was not fenced so she was totally available to the seemingly hordes of people that stood in front of her. She had a long black tongue that she kept licking everyone with.  It was like sandpaper, no one escaped.  She had suffered terrible abuse and was so
deprived of food during her pregnancy that when she did come to The Gentle Barn and had her baby, it only lived seven or eight months.  One of the volunteers said that she could have become bitter, hostile and angry at the loss of her baby but instead she was open and emotionally available and in that state took on the role of “Mom” to all the babies that are rescued from the veal industry.

The Gentle Barn is aggressive.  They go to the actions and buy half dead baby calves for $10 and then take them back to The Gentle Barn to be nurtured back to both physical and emotional health. One of the young women who is a staff member held an impassioned position that she shared with me.  She reminded me that cows do not give milk until they have a baby.  Big Ag does not want the baby, it wants the milk.  What happens to the baby is too horrible to put into this blog.  It is not right, what we do to animals.  We have lost our connection to life, all life around us.

I was so struck by what is going on there at The Gentle Barn,  animals, some with horrific abuse histories, are healed and then they in turn heal the children.  Children are bused in with all sorts of stories, foster homes, abuse histories, the gamut of what can happen to kids
who fall through the cracks.  The owner and founder is so very wise.  She heals the animals and then brings in the kids and shares with them the animal’s history and how the animal has overcome their trauma, has turned it around and is now able to live love and trust.  The children interact with those animals, there is an alchemical magic that occurs and the children see the possibility of moving past their current position using the animal as a role model.  It is really a beautiful thing.  It takes great wisdom and heart to put that all together.  Like many balls juggled together at once she folds in the animals, staff, volunteers, visitors and the emotional and physically challenged kids.  And she does this with grace and
calm.

That is official language for “Why am I so tired?”  I have already had a nap today, it felt great, and now I want another one.  At some point a person re-focuses their gaze and looks at themselves.  In my case I got out my research books Prescription for Nutritional Healing by James F. Balch, M.D. and Phyllis A, Balch, C.N.C and Healthy Healing by Linda Rector Page, N.D., Ph.D.

What finally brought me to this point?  It is summer time in Los Angeles.  This place is truly a desert.  No matter how much water is used on all this landscaping, the fact that it is a desert does not change.  In my apartment I wear tank tops or sports bras so there is a lot of skin.  I kept
feeling a feather of a caress.  At some point I focused on this caress and discovered that it was a hair from my scalp, headed for the floor.  Many caresses later I put two and two together.  I was losing my hair, lots of it.

That is when the books came out.  I started by making an elixir to support my weary adrenals.  I thought it was working, I felt it was working but after a week I had to acknowledge it was not.  They do not always work.  So it was back to the books.  Ah, it was obvious, I had stopped taking my
supplements, all of them, not good.  It is overly optimistic to think that we can get the vitamins and minerals we need from our food because our soil is depleted.  Yes…….okay I stood corrected.  I grow some of my veggies is pots in my little patio so I had lulled myself into thinking that I was okay.  I was not.

I did some research on the computer.  I was making a few other mistakes.  According to Chinese Medicine the adrenals refresh and renew themselves from 11:00 P.M. until 1:00 A.M. every night.  I helps a lot if you are in bed and asleep at that time.  I had developed the habit of
staying up until midnight nightly.  Not good, so now I am in bed by 11:00 P.M.  I am sure that helps.

The other day I had the opportunity to work with a fellow Holistic Chamber of Commerce member.  Mary Delano Otis has the ability to take aura photographs.  I wanted to get a before and after with regards to my new product line.  I had the first appointment.  She was still in the process of setting up when I came into the room.  At some point she got on her knees by the table her equipment was set up on and asked her daughter, who was assisting her, where her “Baby” was.  It was somewhere in the suitcase.   Her daughter rummaged around for a bit before coming up with it.
“Baby” got passed to her in a bag.  I got curious so I dropped my head to look under the table as she worked with her ‘Baby”.  I saw a circle of turquoise stones with a large quartz crystal in the middle.  This was arranged about three inches from the outlet that her computer was plugged into.  She was using the minerals as protection.

I am sensitive to EMF.  I found this out when I moved to Lake County twelve years ago.  When I was in Marin I had simply used the voice mail that the phone system provided but that service was not available in the very rural environment of Lake County.  I had to provide myself with an answering machine so I went off to one of the two big boxes in the entire County of Lake.  The device I came home with had a large glowing
green light on the front of it and produced a massive energetic force field that permeated my entire bedroom and made me sick, miserable and desperate.  I collect rocks so I had a bunch in my room.  I ended up piling my entire collection over and around that machine so I could sleep and not feel overwhelmed.  It worked but every time I got a phone call I had to dig through that rock pile to find the phone.

Recently I started to become aware that my computer, I have a Dell lap top, was putting out energy that was not working for me.  I made an elixir to deal with the Electromagnetic Frequencies.  I might have worked initially, I used to rest my feet on the bottles filled with the elixir, but after a while it stopped.  To be fair I was spending far, far too much time on the computer.  It is a dangerous game.  Not only was I getting no exercise, I also was stressing my adrenals.  That is right besides taking no supplements, staying up to past midnight, I had a new best friend, and it put out EMF that eventually overwhelmed my energy system.

I knew someone from the Holistic Chamber of Commerce who did house calls as an Electromagnetic Field Consultant.  After a conversation with Oram Miller I made an appointment with him because I really could not stand it anymore.  But then, later, all of a sudden it all came together in my mind……..rocks piled up on a rouge answering machine, a quartz crystal under the table called “Baby”, hey I had a ton of quartz, little ones,
now where were they?  I found them in my closet and I brought them out and put them to work.  I put them all around my lap top with their points pointing in towards the computer.  The plan was that I would use the crystals to alter the energy the computer was putting out.  It did help, a little.

Oram had spoken in our phone conversation of the router being the problem.  I knew that I needed to further refine what I had done because my feet and shins were still aching, not the physical part of my body, the energy part.  I am a dowser who uses a pendulum so I got it out and did a little sleuthing.  It turns out that it was not the lap top that was making me so uncomfortable, it was the router just as Oram had indicated.  So I
moved all the quartz from the computer on my desk and put them down on the floor where my legs ached so badly.  I piled them on top of the router with their crystal points directed away from my body.  I placed them to the sides of the router and in front of it.  I put a few extra on the other rectangular black boxes by my feet.  Ahhhh something good was happening, the constant aching on an energetic level was subsiding.

I have improved.  I no longer think my bed is the most attractive thing I have seen all day.  I now find that my body is able to sweat in the summers heat and even though my hair is still departing, it is at a slower rate.  The body works well until it gets imbalanced and then it is time to practice a little self love and help nudge it into a more upright position.

This is an amazing tale with plenty of twists and turns.  There are a few threads.  All should be followed.  It all started innocently enough when my
friend and fellow Light Worker invited me to a monthly full moon fire ceremony.  It was a rainy California evening in December when I tried to make my way to the gathering.  The address somehow was wrong.  There was a big party going on at the possible address.  I tried at least three
times to talk myself with my drum slung over my shoulder, clunky black rain boots and a very casual looking rain jacket, to knock at the door.  It looked from the cars to be a Christmas gathering of corporate executives.  I flashed forwarded and pictured myself at the door trying to explain why I and my drum should be let in.  I decided better of it so I turned around and went home.

Months passed.  My attention turned to my garden and my tomatoes.  I decided to make an elixir that would facilitate tomato growth.  I had a lot of starts.  One was from the tomato I had last year.  It had made it through the winter, went for six months without any sun but it looked terrible, all scraggily with tiny green leaves emerging from skinny, brown and dead looking vines.  They had over grown their cage and now lay exhausted on the ground.  I researched on the computer and found that if the healthy new growth is cut off and placed in water it will sprout roots.  I set up
five bottles with the possible new starts to wait and see what would happen.  Sure enough one did look good and had many roots so I planted it.  I also had seeds from a couple of years ago.  They produced an interesting tomato with a smoky flavor.  I had overwatered my plants in my new gardening enthusiasm and stressed them pretty badly so I wanted to try again with my growing plant savvy.  I got five little starts and choose the best two.  Wow three good tomato plants on the way.  Then a couple of volunteers showed up.  I compost and so I never know what will grow in the spring in my pots.  Last year’s basil along with its seeds got recycled in my composter and so now I have a nice pot of basil coming along and two more little tomatoes who insisted that they wanted their moment in the sun.  Okay five tomato plants.  Good.

Around this time, in the early spring, I discovered that I could incorporate hertz sound frequencies in my elixir making.  There is something called the God Particle that the scientists are looking for.  They have built a huge circular seventeen mile track under Switzerland and France.  The idea is to force electrons to zip along that track and smash into each other.  They hope that in the collusion they will create something new, the God Particle.   The article said what the frequency was.  They were looking for the binaural beat frequency of 4.6692 hertz.  All of a sudden I understood how to put that in my elixirs so I decided to try an experiment.

My tomato plants really deserved this opportunity.  They were just starting to grow so I also included the flower essence Zinnia.  It  would, per the book Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing by Gurudas, facilitate “the germination period, when there are repeated signs of such joy being available in both the human and in the environmental conditions around the plant, using this essence will speed up the process of germinations,
bringing more energy into the plant, enhancing the yield, and increasing the connection between the human and the devic order associated with this plant.”

Happy plants, growing well and with a big yield, facilitated by the God Particle.  Wonderful.  So I set up an experiment.  I set a cage around the plant that had made it through the winter and I bought a topsy turvey hanger so I could hang the two seedlings of the delicious smoky flavored tomatoes.  I made my elixir and waited for the seedlings to get big enough to get transferred to the topsy turvey.  I waited and waited and waited.  This whole endeavor started in March and went forward into April and then May.  I had the scientific experiment all figured out.  The tomato from last year looked pretty good so I was going to give it tap water.  All my garden gets tap water so that would be the control plant.  One of the delicious smoky flavored tomatoes was going to get pure water from the water store and the other one would get the elixir mixed with the pure water.  The tomato plant that was last year’s got one tomato on it and then refused to grow any larger.  The two seedlings refused to grow and the two volunteers just would not get any bigger.  They were frozen.

So annoying.  I started asking my guides if I could just go ahead and give the tomatoes the elixir.  The answer was always a firm “No”.  May had arrived and my tomatoes were ridiculous, five plants, one with a tomato on it and all frozen in space and time.  I released my attention from
them and the potential experiment and moved on.  I felt that it was time to try again for the fire ceremony that is monthly in the city of Glendora, Ca.  I called the home of the organizer of the event and got the correct directions and decided to come to my first event in June.  It was a huge and gracious house with a big patio.  I was a little late so there was no time for chat, just hold your arms out away from your body so I can Sage you and here, let me steady you so you can lift up your foot so I can Sage the bottom of it.  Wait let me use my tuning fork so I can attune your energy field, okay good now you can join the circle.

After settling down in my chair Beryl, my friend and fellow Light Worker told me that I should go up the stairs to the garden and gather some sticks.  There already were leaves provided but I would also need some sticks.  During the ceremony what you wanted to release was blown into the leaves and what you wanted to manifest was blown into the sticks.  She took me up the patio stairs to the garden to get my sticks.  What a charming and magical place this was because there in the fading twilight I encountered oranges, all arranged on the soft and well mulched ground.  I remarked to Beryl how charming the arranged oranges were and she said they were from the tree.  I looked up into the dark, into the canopy of a massive tree.  It was huge and I said firmly that that was not an orange tree.

After the ceremony we all chatted with each other.  Beryl told me that there was a tree on the property that was dying.  I had the elixir, unused that tomatoes had not been the recipient of so I decided to offer it to my host.  It turns out that it along with other trees on the property were part of the original Sunkist Orange Groves.  It was 85 years old and was dying.  Such a shame.  An arborist had come out and made the pronouncement and yes if I wanted to try to help it I was welcome.  I determined to try so I set Thursday as the day that I would make house calls.  I now had a tree patient.

Things took a far turn into the extraordinary immediately.  The next Thursday I showed up with my three elixirs that had gone from tomatoes that refused to grow to a dying orange tree. Ah time to start the grand experiment.  It turned out that the orange tree had some things happen to it that are not health producing.  The garden where the orange tree lives had been re-worked.  The slope had been removed to render the garden level.  In that process the trunk of the orange tree had been buried in earth.  It had smothered.   This had damaged the bark which was now dark and cracking and separating.  Sap oozed from it in two places.  Also a new and prolific peach tree had been supported by a strap from the orange tree that was like a tourniquet, tied tight and stretching over to the peach tree to brace it as its branches grew weighted with fruit.

I had asked Katy on the night of the Fire Ceremony what had the orange tree said?  I knew that Katy with all of her Shamanic training and skill set could talk to the Tree.  Surely it must have something to say re the sap that was coming out of its trunk.  She did have a conversation with the Tree and it indicated that the use of its upper branches to support the peach tree was disturbing.  Katy had made the mistake of not asking the
Orange Tree for permission to use its branch in that way.  It was the not asking and the disregarding of its life that was the mistake.  It was
treated like an object, something of convenience that would facilitate Katy’s purpose.

So it was on that first Thursday, my first house call that we cut down the brace.  It was directly above the place on the trunk where the sap was oozing the most.  After that there was a pause just before we began working energetically with the Tree.  Katy broke it by asking me “what should I do.?”  I answered by saying “You should apologize to the tree.”  I immediately went into an altered state, one of awe and profound heart stopping respect and reverence.  It is something that I always experienced in my Guru’s company.  The recognition of Who He IS would always stun me into stillness by its very profundity.  It was in that state that I continued.  “You should ask it to please receive the gift of the elixirs and be willing to work with them.’

It was in that initial process of connecting to the Tree and the process that we were both engaging with the Tree that the words THE LESSON
became visible in my mind’s eye.  So I told Katy that this Tree was going to be a lesson for us both.  It was a very touching and profound
experience with the Tree.  Katy could talk to it and my elixirs could potential heal it or help it.  In that gesture to the Tree with the connection between Tree and Humans there was a healing, an understanding that all have consciousness and all have feeling with their own life purpose and need.  Mankind with the ability to “do” often misuses the others who also populate and share space on this planet.

Katy went on vacation for a while and I came every Thurs to treat the Tree with the elixirs.  I had hoped that they were helping but I was not sure.  When Katy came back the Tree was very adamant that the last of the ripe oranges be removed.  When Katy took them into the house she heard the Tree tell her to eat them.  The next Thurs there were oranges for me.  The Tree had asked that I be given some.  I understood that this was
the Gift back to me; they were the elixirs from the Tree.  Once ingested I found that a complicated project I was working on became possible.  I had understood that the Tree was going to facilitate the offering that I would soon make to the world of the elixirs through Global Wellness Naturally.

Katy had been traveling and journaling with the Tree.  On the following Thursday she read her notes to me.  We were both still struggling with identifying who that one was who Katy could talk to, the one who currently resides in the Tree. When asked his name the Tree had replied to Katy that he was the Tree Monster.  This was hard for Katy to feel comfortable with.  He instructed her to look up monster in the dictionary.  It indicated that it was a being that was unusual in its appearance which was true of the Tree with its oozing sap and dark and splitting bark.  He indicated that the tree is dying and the one who had taken up residence there said that there were lessons to impart and once that was done the tree spirit would move on.  We made an appointment with each other and the Tree.  We would meet in the afternoon on the following Thursday.

Katy had gifted me with two stones; a piece of petrified wood and a beautiful clear triangle shaped apophyllite.  I laid down for sleep that night and placed the apophyllite along with some other stones on my chakras.  The result was a very powerful experience, almost overwhelming. During the week I waited patiently and with real anticipation for the meeting with Katy and the Tree.

In our meeting I wanted to get confirmation of my belief that my tomato plants had had their growth delayed because now that the connection had been made with the tree they were finally growing.  I also wanted to know if I have known of this Tree Monster in an earlier form, before it had resided in the Tree.  It would have none of it.  It said that it was running out of time, it had things to teach us and we were going to get down to it now and stop playing around.  In the process of the Thursday meeting he indicated that the elixir was not working and that he needed
energy.  I decided to make an elixir that more directly addresses his condition so I made one using the Body Talk Protocol and combined it with hertz frequencies.  It is formulated to address and work with the dehydration caused by the loss of sap through the trunk, to address the cellular damaged to the bark and to help the Tree energetically.  It will be ready in a week.

The Tree Monster did say “I am the Tree Master.  I have taken over the tree.  I belong to the Forest.  I am a God.”  He then gifted me through Katy’s ability to hear him with instruction of my next step with elixirs.  There are spirit guides that will be given to me so that I can work to heal water.  He said that it would be done through Nature.  That makes sense because it was Nature, the Stars, Galaxies and the Sun that was the Earth’s companions, they all existed together and worked well together before man showed up and got so busy making and doing things, many of which are toxic.

It has been at least a ten year process for them to manifest.  It all started when I was living with my best buddy, Marcelene, in a little trailer on a hillside in Lake County in Northern California.  I was between careers and low on money so I could not afford the supplements that I would normally take in addition to my choice of eating organic food.  Not being able to afford my vitamins I decided to put a gem stone in a glass bottle and place it out on the hillside on a winter’s day.  I knew that minerals in the gem stone would be helpful.  I had the book Love is in the Earth by Melody.  It describes all the gems in detail; how they help on all the many levels of the human body.  I decided some assistance from the mineral kingdom was needed.  After a number of days I lifted the bottle from amongst all the fallen and decaying leaves that carpeted the earth and brought it inside the trailer.

That day I only drank that water, so good, so energizing.  I felt wonderful.  The next day the thought of drinking any more of that water made me feel “full”.  I had had enough, too much.  I did not know it at the time but because I had been drinking it undiluted, the pure elixir, it was way too potent.  If you buy a bottle of flower essence at the health food store it will say six drops under the tongue four times a day.  An entire quart was way too much.

That was my beginning with making elixirs.  It has progressed greatly from that point.  I no longer place anything with a vibrational signature that I want to capture directly into the water.  It is not necessary.  It is sufficient to simply place the object that you want to use against the glass container.  Its energy field will be transferred into the water even if it is in a bottle.  The glass does not block it from reaching the water which is also contained in glass.  So it is glass against glass with a flower essence or essential oil in one bottle and water in the other, it
works fine.

My work has evolved as have I.  I started with gem stones and then went on to essential oils, flower essences, Reiki, affirmations and a picture of my Guru.  Now I use Color, Movement, Hertz Frequencies, Rife Frequencies, Body Talk, Gem Stones, Flower Essences and Sacred Geometry.  This is a massive pallet for the artist’s brush.  Each has a vibrational frequency that is imparted to the water in the process of making the elixir.  The intent of the one who makes the elixir is also important.  Don’t make an elixir if you are “off” because that energetic signature will also be imparted to the water.

It is all based on movement, the movement of atoms, electrons, protons, neutrons……..it was all presented to me in my early school
years.  I really could not see what it had to do with much of anything but it turns out to be of great importance because everything at the molecular level is moving.  It all has a unique energy frequency or signature that can be transferred into water.  Once in the water and held with Vodka it acts as an energetic messenger to the body because of resonance.  We vibrate to whatever we are presented with.  Hence the Secret and the Magic of an elixir.  It readily goes into your bodies system and presents its message………”Hey if you would vibrate to this frequency you would feel a lot better and your many systems would work better too”.

I saw Roberta Stanley who is a channel and crystal healer yesterday for some help in readying the elixirs for market.  Her source of Wisdom let me know that instead of making hundreds of elixirs which I could happily do, I should have a few, the best of the best.  Because I can combine elixirs, creating a highly complex one, I already have with Fluid Structure, I decided to do that.  So I have consolidated into one elixir all the many elixirs with their various nuances that address working with the body and its many systems.

This is what I have now.
Fluid Structure is made up of three elixirs that work with the structural system of the physical body.  As a massage therapist it is very helpful if the client’s muscles loosen up before I start working on them.  Everyone who gets on my table starts the session with two wash cloths that have been soaked in pure warm water, not tap water because of the chlorine.  To this is added two or three table spoons of the elixir that loosens tight muscles.  They are placed on the clients back from the bottom of the skull to the top of the hips because this is where the muscles of the back are attached.  I have been doing this in session for years and years.  Fairly recently I added the elixir that loosens tight legs and one to
work with overly tight arms.  The three of them together created Fluid Structure.

Energetic Clearance is a combination of four elixirs.
Each one has its own focus of intent.  When they are combined the new resulting elixir focuses on boundary issues, protecting your personal energy from getting drained, moving negative entities from your space and easing sorrow and anger.

Physical Enhancement is also a combination of four elixirs,
They have been formulated to work with damaged DNA, heavy metals, radiation, free radicals and toxins.  It will shift the body in the direction of a physical tune up.

The last two are not ready yet.  I was challenged yesterday to figure out how to put a Hug from God into the water, the vibrational force field of God’s Love into the water.  Waiting now for instructions.  It would be a lovely addition to two more products that will be going to market soon.

Years ago my Guru Adi Da Samraj asked his devotees to begin eating a raw diet.  I tried it along with everyone else but I found it to be pretty grim.  Where oh where was the protein?  Sprouted beans just did not work.  They were far too alive to taste good and the texture was strange.  Everything ended up in the blender with other raw things trying to make the texture and taste palatable.  Everything became mounds of pate all of it white, soft and squishy.  I began to feel ill so I stopped the experiment.

I was aware of the benefits.  It has to do with enzymes.  You have plenty when you are a child and young adult.  They are necessary to  breakdown your food so that the cells can make use of it.  You have less and less as you age.  The problem is that the process of cooking food kills the enzymes that are in the food.  Food in its raw and natural state has the enzymes needed to breakdown the food once in the stomach.  Old folks do not eat much raw food.  Often all they eat is cooked.   They are in the predicament of having to use their own bodily energy in the process of trying to extract nourishment from their food.  It is a depleting process.

A few years ago the Green Smoothie arrived in my spiritual community.  This is something I could handle.  Take some greens and put them in
the blender, add some fruit so it tastes good and some water and blend them up.  I found that I actually liked to drink them.  Okay that is breakfast.  Lunch is nuts and seeds.  They go into the blender and then they get mixed up with a banana, tahini, a little maple agave syrup and the juice from half a squeezed lemon.  Okay that is two meals of raw.  If I get hungry I eat a cold processed, alkaline-forming chocolate covered Greens Plus energy bar.  For dinner I may have a “regular” meal.

The other day I did a Reiki session for a client.  She said that it was very intense.  She kept seeing greens and fruits and a circumstance where people were meditating in a group setting.  After the session she bought herself a Green Drink.  Yes it is time to do that and it is for more that health reasons.

Phyllis Douglass is a channel who offers a bimonthly group.  The last time we ment her guides spent the entire evening talking about food.
They said that people’s vibrational frequency is rising on the planet at this time.  This is a process that can be supported by eating food that is pure, free of chemicals and pesticides so that what you ingest does not work to lower your vibrational frequency.  This means that the processed foods with all of their lab enhanced chemical “flavors” are to be avoided.  What do you drink during the day?  Anything that is out of a can or a bottle with its artificial sweeteners is counter productive to what is being offered because it will work to lower your frequency.
This is a special and unique period that is in process on this planet right now and it should be supported and facilitated by all.  Are you in a toxic situation?  Stay away from chemicals, even household cleaning products will lower your vibrational frequency.  Are there toxic people or situations in your personal space?  We all need to participate as fully as possible in the offering that humanity is being given at this time as it is time to lighten up and brighten up.  So get out a check list and really look at how you spend your day, who you spend it with, what you eat, drink, breath, think and feel.  It is like spring cleaning even though it is now summer.  When all of that work and attention is brought to your circumstance you will be better able to hold what is being given.

Times are very interesting on this planet and they are just going to get more so.  The wise put themselves into the position of making full use of what is happening all around us.   This is done by protecting your vibrational frequency so either you or your surrounding does not  inadvertently lower it.  If you create and then hold that protection, then you will be able to make use of and hold the higher frequencies that the planet and all on it are being bathed in.  The Earth herself is going through a process where her frequencies are raising.  Because our vibratory frequencies are attuned to the Earth, as hers goes up so does ours.  It is like having the E ticket at Disneyland only you get to ride just by being on the planet.

I have had a very interesting experience that I would like to share with you, my readers.

A year or so ago I was attending a channeling session which friend Phyllis Douglass offers bi-weekly in Glendora.  Her guides had told me that the day would come where I would be doing my healing work very quickly with no dowsing and that meant no access to the help of my guides.
Phyllis can hear and see those in the subtle realms who offer their wonderful help.  I am only able to dowse but I highly value it because of the answers I receive posing questions to my guides that can be answered in the form of a “yes” or a “no”.

This is how I create my elixirs, it is how I get my formula, it all comes from my guides.  By working with them, they create the formula and let me know if the elixir needs color, gem stones, flower essences, movement or essential oils.  All my elixirs are made with sacred geometry
and the Energy Medicine Body Talk.   I am now experimenting with using sound and  also the Rife frequencies.  Someone who works with sound which is in hertz plays a tone to the water while it is being programmed.   Someone who works with the Rife frequencies uses a Rife Frequency Generator but I simply put them into the elixir by incorporating them into the formula, writing them down and taping them onto the bottle of water so the energy pattern they represent can be transferred into the water to create the elixir.

I remember the night when I was sitting at Phyllis‘s channeling group when her guides informed me that I would no longer use dowsing
to do my healing work.  I was horrified and dumbstruck.  I had been using that method for years and years and I could not see how I would be effective without it.  I could not see what could possible replace it.

A few days ago I was on the computer looking for information from the scientific community on how water works.  I can work with water.  My elixirs are very wonderful but all of my knowledge has been given to me intuitively.  It is solely a right brained endeavor.  I wanted to be able to balance it with the left brained studies and information that the world’s scientists had gleaned through their work with water.  That is how I came across Tom Kenyon’s work.  He is a sound healer and channels information from The Hathors.  I was very sobered by the ongoing radioactive material that is being released on a daily basis from Japan’s damaged nuclear power plant.  It was that awareness that caught my attention when I read the contents of his blog.  It was in real urgency that The Hathors were communicating about the world’s situation
as they gave the information on how to create the Medicine of Light.  At the end of the article Tom very kindly gave permission to use it.  The Hathors said that it must be passed out as quickly as possible to all of mankind.  I understood of its importance and timeliness and that is why I decided to incorporate the entire post in my blog.

There is a second layer of information within his blog post that I did not really comprehend until I transferred it into my blog.  It was very lengthy and overwhelmed my word press so I had to do some work in the internal nuts and bolts of my blog in order to make it fit better.  In that process I had to slow down and read it again.  There is a process of protection that the Hathers offered to all of humanity that it very important, critical in fact.  I understood the concept and took it away with me when I started my day.

My first stop was to a compounding pharmacist because I have reached a real end point with my structural weakness. I went there to look at
the possibility of using bioidentical hormones because I must either have surgery which I refuse or become very debilitated.   Homeopathy does work but only for a period of time.  After it stops being effective I have about two weeks before I can use it again.  It is a long two weeks. I also use elixirs that I make for myself but it is all pretty tenuous.  I found myself with two hours to wait for my third massage client in a day spa in the Los Angeles area.  I went inside my room and closed the door and turned off the lights.  Well I thought, what about the Medicine of Light?  I understood the concept and I needed some real help so I thought I would try it.

Please understand that as a healer, someone who is a Reiki practitioner where the Universal Energy comes down into the head via the crown
chakra and down my arms on the way to the client , someone who has a Guru and has sat before Him where the request was to receive His Transmission down through the top of the head, someone who has meditated for decades, someone who has done Chi Gong where the intent is to draw the Light down into the body through the head and to bring up the Earth energies through the feet into the body and someone who has sat with the Shamans as they drew the Light and Help from the Higher Realms into the room………You all see my position.  I was uniquely ready to do this process, used to it and already open to the Light.

What actually happened in that little quiet and dark massage room was very interesting.  I knew I needed some real help in the next two hours and I just assumed that it was possible.  I sat quietly and with respect and reverence asked that I be able to request help from my Higher Self to receive a healing for myself.  I could feel the connection to the ascended energies above my head, I could feel the connection so I just asked if I could have a healing in my body.  I asked that my structural weakness be healed.  I waited for a few minutes while that occurred and I thanked who ever out there in the subtle realms that made that possible and got up and went about the rest of my day.  It was eerie and different because what had become so burdensome in my body was now a non-issue.

This is so important that I decided to share it with you all.  Times are very different now.  The Earth is going through a massive shift
and we are all along for the ride.  It is by no means over.  To have the ability in ones owns hands to work with the water in your space or even the water in your own body is a real Gift.  That is why I wrote this open letter to you all.  Please read the previous post, the one that is Tom Kenyon’s work so that you can have access to it.  Please take it and pass it on.  He asks that you give the source credit and that you do not alter the information.  The internet is a gift as many can be reached in an expedient manner.  Don’t be afraid or alarmed by what I have told you.  Make it your business to learn how to do this.  The Oriental cultures know.  They equate this place with Energy.  That is how they do their healing.  That is what acupuncture is all about.  They are all out in the parks doing Chi Gong.  What are they doing?  They are cultivating or building up energy in their bodies.  It is out here all around us.  Learn how to feel it, relate to it and to invite it into your body.  Meditate and learn how to be quiet and receive the Gift down into your person.  We all on this planet are going through rapid growth and evolution so ride the wave.  It is no longer in the future, it is happening now.
